DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE. Lewis Marketing provides a range of marketing and advertising services including digital campaign management and analytics. Any new features augmenting or enhancing the current Services are subject to these Terms. The Services are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Lewis Marketing assumes no responsibility for timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any communications or personalization settings. Access and use of the Services may involve third-party fees (such as Internet access fees).


YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS. In using our Services, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are not barred under any applicable laws. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and (b) maintain and update this information. If you provide false or incomplete information, or Lewis Marketing suspects as much, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.


PAYMENT AND FEES. A. Payments are processed through approved methods, including credit cards and PayPal. You authorize Lewis Marketing to charge for subscription and overage fees. B. Any changes in third-party charges will be passed on to you at cost.


PRIVACY POLICY. Our Privacy Policy applies to your use of Lewis Marketing Services, including data collection and usage. Your use of our Services indicates your consent to this policy.


ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY. Upon registering, you will receive account and password details. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and all activities that occur under your account. Notify Lewis Marketing immediately of any unauthorized use.



A. You are responsible for all content you distribute through our Services and must comply with legal standards. B. The Service must not be used for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or other harmful practices. C. Lewis Marketing reserves the right to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content.


COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. You must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to messaging and telecommunications.


DOWNTIME & REFUND POLICY. A. “Downtime” refers to periods when Services are unavailable due to technical issues. B. We strive to limit Downtime and will credit your account for excessive Downtime, subject to written request and conditions.


CONTENT POLICY. Lewis Marketing does not claim ownership of your content but requires a license to use it in relation to the Services.


INDEMNITY. You agree to indemnify Lewis Marketing against claims related to your use of the Services.


GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE. Lewis Marketing establishes general practices for Service use but is not liable for message storage or transmission failures.


MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE. Lewis Marketing reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service.


TERMINATION. Lewis Marketing may terminate your account under certain conditions, such as violations of these Terms.


PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. All rights in the Services remain with Lewis Marketing.


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. The Service is provided without warranties and your use is at your own risk.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Lewis Marketing is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from Service use.


NOTICE. Changes to these Terms will be communicated through appropriate channels.


TRADEMARK INFORMATION. Lewis Marketing’s trademarks cannot be used without prior written consent.


COPYRIGHT CLAIMS. Procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims are outlined.



  • Choice of Law: Governed by the laws of The United States of America.

  • Waiver and Severability: The failure to enforce any right doesn’t waive it. Invalid provisions don’t affect the rest of the Terms.

  • Non-Transferability: Accounts are non-transferable without consent.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lewis Marketing.
